Heal Your Relationship with Food Through Reading
I’m a firm believer that books are one of the greatest things on this earth. They provide entertainment, information and education, inspire curiosity and most importantly, we can start to see the world through others experiences. Here is a list of books that may be helpful if you are working on improving your relationship with food, movement, and your body. To note, not all of these books will be a good fit for you. If you have questions about specific recommendations, please ask me. Happy reading!
